Its actually the same as 5 goals that I need to achieve by end of the year… and this obviously linked to my BONUS!!!!
I scored an "E" (Excellent) for last quarter 2007..!! soOOooo…. I bet its gonna be wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to hard for me to achieve higher than E, that’s “O” OUTSTANDING…. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
