i seriously need you guys nyer advise….
My good friend would like to do a business home cook delivery in her neighbourhood.. she’s very good in doing nasi lemak so she’s gonna proceed with that…and m helping her out as an advisor ;)
i just need you to let me know on certain things from customer point of view ok.. So here goes ….
+ How much would you willing to pay for a nasi lemak home delivery??? Is RM2 for normal nasi lemak is too much???
+ Would you prefer nasi lemak during breakfast or dinner?
+ Do you think you sempat to grab some breakfast on weekdays – before you leave to work??
+ What else do you need in the nasi lemak ie sotong, rendang, ayam goreng??? And how much would you like to pay additional for it??
+ What else you want to get from the home delivery?? Would you buy a sandwich or nasi goring if they include it in their services??
of course in her neighbourhood takde org buat this home delivery thingy as yet + its a bit far for the people at that area to grab some food - they actually have to do a 10 mins drive up utk sampai kat tmpt makan. Do let me know before I get her to proceed with this…

hmm, if RM2 kita kira cost packaging gaks :) if 1.50 tu dpt la packaging surat kabar lama aje, but if RM2 we can give the square plastic tu..hehe..**all about branding and packaging!!! :) mcm Hilton!! haha

ask your friend to do research and get to know the area first.maybe can sell during school holidays but not so during other months.
rm 2 for nasi lemak kinda stiff if it is just telur,ikan bilis,sambal and kacang.u can get cheap plastic container if u buy in bulk.kg baru byk kedai2 bulk ne.go and recce the price.
additional depends since the price of telur,sotong,ayam, daging is non-controlled items,except during festive season. kalau taruk daun pisang lagi menarik and smells good.pembuka selera.
agreed with anak mami, side must be kueh manis.something light.sebab nasi lemak dah pedas.
and please don't charge ridiculous price for the kueh ok.50cents per kueh is daylight robbery.

hahaha,kitorang dah check dah area tu, (i) mmg takde org buat home delivery (ii) got so many kids around cos its a family residence area!
but actually if u look at it kan, nasi lemak skrang mmg normal RM1.50-2!!! seriously!! semenjak minyak naik dulu, harga sumer naik and it didnt go down till now!
ngah, i think u dah lame tak beli nasi lemak kl, so u dont see the differ!! ;)
btw, for a start i actually ask her to stick with one item : AYAM GORENG!
and maybe we can do sandwiches for side item!!
