While i was driving n looking at the some of the fabulous cars memacu laju di sebelah, I selalu gak terpikir… if me the budak paling tak cerdik di sekolah mendapat salary yg sebegini rupa.. wat happened to budak cerdikkkkkkkkk at my school sekarang ni?? Gaji mesti raban-raban punyaaaaaaaaaa lah kannn?!! MESTI PUNYAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! ... but takpe la rezeki masing-masing kan, sape suruh tidak belajar bersungguh-sungguh dulu? PADAN MUKA SAYA!!!

Anyhoooo, my salary not that huge but still bersyukur cos I’ve started work at my early age while my other friends dok sibuk amik degree / master.. which I really wanted to do tapi tak tau kenapa GATALLLL SANGATTTT nak keja jugak time tu and I ended up not even doing what I was major on pun.. ! hmfthhhhh!

I hopped from one hotel to another and from there la my salary keeps increasing n increasing, alhamdullilah. Sebab if nak tunggu promoted?? berjinggut punya..!! nak tunggu naik gaji?? end of the year selalu nye. Itupun naik 150-200 max jerr, Oleh itu for us yg nak gaji melonjak to $500 above, we have to hop here n there laaa.

I hate staying at the same hotel for more than 3 years..(unless I got promoted than I stay laa) but at the same time sekarang ni, sungguh malas nak pergi interview unless someone highly recommended. And paling best sungguh malas nak beli office suits. Which I rather spend it on Gia’s stuff.. betul enggak??? OHHH YES management sini suma pakai uniform!!!!! but sakit hati jugak cos uniform staff & management adalah sama, so yes u cant differentiate.. hmmmm but wait, I think that’s the purpose, when a guest masuk hotel, bukan nye dia nak tau ur position with ur different design of uniforms, dia cuma nak tau that u r one of the hotel staff n u could assist them with stuff. Bluergghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

love this hotel so much cos I was apart of the pre-opening team.. m the 23rd person got hired (which now I bet their staff dah closely to 700!!) + disini gajiku terus melonjakk naik .......

kuikuikui, mcm takde tmpt lain kan..?? as they said perbezaan nye cuma pintu masuk staff je.. hahaha.. my Hiltonian friends semua cakap i was a betrayer cos dulu i was d one dok mengutuk this hotel gila gila punya n now i keja sini pulak.. haha.. but seriously we have changed, if not bcos of StArwood dah took over this hotel, i dont think i keja sini..so thanks to StArwood!

nway, in here was negotiating to get my rates higher than my prior position but failed + disebabkan I kenal rapat with the person that m gonna work with, guess wat?????.......bukan nye leh kowtim gaji lagi but I agreed to drop down RM1, 000 of my price!!!…..wahhhhhhhhhh, bagus betul budak nehhhhhhhhh, boleh jadik pekerja cemerlangg!! ….kah kah kah.... and oh yes and I have reached my 3 years with ths same position = GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!!!!!

So yessss.. I’ve been working with all these 5 star hotels.. bukan nye tak nak keja 4, 3, 2 star hotels etc, but the their expectations are very different… I’ve tried to work one of the 3 star hotels and guess wat?? The café served ikan masak kuning yg cherr-royyyyyyyyyyyyyy tu? like budak 5 tahun pun can masak, letak air + pewarna kuning + campak ikan jacket dalam..and violaaaaaaaaaa dah siap…then serve to all the staff… my goodnesssssssss!!

Not only that, the working ambience pun lain. yea yea mmg m super fussy, dah dapat makan free pun cerewet kan?? but if kita dah keja kuat kena makan sedap laa. like in my current place, they even served kambing which i tak makan pun but STILLLLLLLLLLLLL.....ape-ape pun i ♥ the food here, tetapi seperti biasala kan nama pun manusia, dah bagi makan sedap pun sometimes muak jugak, so duit selalu dihabiskan di KLS! :P

Notasiku pada hari ini adalah lotsa hotels are coming up soooon and me still contemplating whether to try it or not. ini kes sudah comfortable with my position but sungguh tak cantek bila diletakkan di dalam profile…. Kan kan kan???

WAT THE HELL ARE U DOING THERE FOR 5 YEARS WITH THE SAME POSITION HEYYYY??????
